Both apartments offer self check-in — no need to meet anyone in person. Before arrival, you'll receive a link to complete online check-in with your ID documents (required by Italian law). Once verified, you'll get codes to open the building entrance and your apartment door.

The Blue Flat uses a smart lock with a code. The Red Flat uses an online check-in system with access codes.

You can book either apartment through Airbnb or Booking.com. Visit our apartments page to compare the two flats and find direct booking links for each platform.

Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability — just ask when booking.

The Milan tourist tax (imposta di soggiorno) for 2026 is €9.50 per person per night. This is a city tax collected on behalf of the Municipality of Milan.

Exemptions:

• Children under 18 years old
• Persons with disabilities and their caregivers
• Family members / companions of patients hospitalized in Milan province

Stadio San Siro (Giuseppe Meazza) is about a 10-minute walk from both apartments. Perfect for attending concerts, AC Milan and Inter matches, and other events. See our location page for a map.

Metro M5 (Lilla line) — San Siro Ippodromo station is just a 5-minute walk. From there:

• Duomo: ~20 minutes
• Garibaldi FS: ~15 minutes
• CityLife: ~10 minutes

Malpensa (MXP): ~50 min via Malpensa Express to Cadorna + Metro M5.

Linate (LIN): ~40 min via Metro M4 + transfer to M5.

Orio al Serio / Bergamo (BGY): ~1h 15 min by shuttle bus to Centrale + metro.

Yes, several options:

• Blue lines (paid): €2/hour, 8:00–19:00. Free evenings, Sundays, and holidays. Pay via meter or EasyPark app.
• Free parking: Parcheggio Ippodromo M5, Via Pessano 11 (5 min walk). Becomes paid 12:00–24:00 during stadium events.
• Garage: Damiani Car Due, Via Vodice 13.

⚠️ Avoid yellow lines — those are for residents only.

Absolutely! That's one of the best things about our location. The stadium is a 10-minute walk, so you can skip the crowded metro and stroll home after concerts and matches. Check our events calendar for upcoming events.

You may hear some crowd noise during major events at the stadium, but both apartments have blackout curtains and double-pane windows that keep things comfortable. Most events end by 23:00–23:30.

Yes! Both apartments have ultra-fast WiFi. The Blue Flat offers up to 1 Gb/s — perfect for remote work, streaming, and video calls.

Yes, both apartments have a washing machine and dryer. The Red Flat also includes an iron, ironing board, and drying rack. Laundry pods are provided free of charge.

Yes, both apartments have individually adjustable air conditioning and heating in all rooms, so you can set the temperature to your preference year-round.

A crib is available on request at the Red Flat. Please let us know in advance when booking so we can have it ready for your arrival.

Both apartments have fully equipped kitchens with everything you need to cook: pots, pans, plates, cutlery, coffee machine, toaster, and basic supplies (oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea). The Red Flat also features a dishwasher, oven, and induction cooktop.
