Meet Alessandro
I'm Alessandro, the owner and host behind San Siro Flats. I've lived in Milan's San Siro neighbourhood for over 15 years — long enough to know every shortcut to the stadium, the best espresso bar on the block, and which pizzeria stays open after the concerts let out.
In 2024, I turned my passion for hospitality into a profession. Since then, I've welcomed over 1,000 guests from around the world — concert-goers, football fans, business travellers, families exploring Milan, and everyone in between. Each stay is an opportunity to share what makes this corner of Milan so special.
My approach is simple: give you a beautifully designed apartment, make check-in effortless, and be available whenever you need local advice — without ever being intrusive.

Most people know San Siro for the stadium — and yes, living under 10 minutes' walk from one of Europe's most iconic venues is incredible. But the neighbourhood is so much more than matchday crowds and concert queues.
San Siro is a genuine residential area with tree-lined streets, local bakeries, neighbourhood bars, and a relaxed pace of life that feels a world away from the tourist bustle of the centre. The Ippodromo (hippodrome) adds green space and elegance, while the surrounding parks offer morning jogs and evening strolls.
And here's the thing most visitors don't realise: you're not far from everything else. Metro line M5 connects you to Duomo in about 20 minutes — no transfers, no complications. You get the peace of a residential neighbourhood with the connectivity of central Milan.

How does check-in work?
I use a smart lock system. Before your arrival, you'll receive a personal access code. You can check in at any time — there are no schedule constraints, no key handoff meetings, and no waiting around. Just arrive, enter your code, and you're home.
How far are the apartments from San Siro stadium?
Both apartments are under 10 minutes' walk from Stadio San Siro (Giuseppe Meazza). On event nights, that means you can leave later and return faster than guests staying further away.
Is it convenient to reach the city centre?
Very. Metro line M5 (the lilac line) takes you directly to Duomo in about 20 minutes — no transfers needed. You get the tranquillity of a residential neighbourhood with excellent city access.
