Blue Flat
San Siro Blue Flat
Design apartment with 2 bathrooms and 2 independent living areas. Renovated 2024. Balcony, smart lock, 1 Gb/s WiFi.
Walk to the stadium, walk home after the show. The smartest way to experience concerts and events at San Siro.
You've got tickets to see your favorite artist at Stadio San Siro. The show ends at midnight — maybe later. Now what? If you're staying in Milan's city center, you're looking at a chaotic scramble: packed metro (if it's still running), surge-priced taxis, or a 45-minute walk through unfamiliar streets.
Or — you could stay in the San Siro district and walk home in 10 minutes. No stress. No crowds. No overpriced rides. Just a short stroll through a quiet residential neighborhood back to your own apartment, where you can relive the concert over a late-night drink in your kitchen.
This is why more and more concert-goers and event visitors are choosing accommodation near the stadium rather than in the city center. It's not just convenient — it fundamentally improves the entire experience.
After a major event at San Siro, 60,000+ people all try to leave at the same time. The metro station fills up instantly. Taxi lines stretch for blocks. Ride-share prices triple. The surrounding roads gridlock. What should be a great night often ends with frustration and exhaustion.
When you stay within walking distance, none of this applies to you. You simply walk in the opposite direction from the crowd, down a quiet side street, and you're home. It's that simple — and it's the single biggest reason our guests rebook.
Whether it's your first San Siro concert or your tenth, these practical tips will help you make the most of it:
Gates typically open 1.5–2 hours before the show. Arriving early means shorter entry lines, time to find your seat, and a chance to soak in the atmosphere. If you're staying in one of our apartments, you can spend the afternoon relaxing at home and head to the stadium fresh — no rush-hour commute needed.
Stadium food is expensive and limited. The San Siro neighborhood has excellent local restaurants where you can enjoy a proper Italian meal before the show. Alternatively, cook something in your apartment kitchen — a pre-concert aperitivo on the balcony is hard to beat.
You'll be on your feet for hours — standing, walking to/from the stadium, navigating the venue. Leave the heels at home. The walk from our apartments to the stadium is flat and easy, but comfort is key for enjoying the whole experience.
You'll want photos, videos, and possibly your digital ticket. Make sure your phone is fully charged before leaving the apartment. Both of our apartments have multiple charging points and USB access.
San Siro is an open-air stadium. Milan evenings can turn cool even in summer, and rain is always possible. Check the forecast and layer up. Being nearby means you can easily run back to grab a jacket if needed.
Large bags and backpacks are typically not allowed inside the stadium. Bring only what you need — phone, wallet, keys. Your apartment is your storage locker: leave everything else at home.
