Terme Milano (formerly known as QC Terme De Montel) is a luxury thermal spa located in the San Siro district — and one of the best-kept secrets in Milan. Set in a beautifully restored historic building surrounded by gardens, it offers thermal pools, saunas, steam rooms, and professional treatments. Best of all, it's within walking distance of our San Siro Flats apartments.

The spa is housed in the former Villa De Montel, a historic estate dating back to the early 20th century. The property was originally part of the extensive grounds associated with the nearby Ippodromo San Siro, serving as a residence for the racing community.
The restoration transformed the villa and its grounds into a world-class thermal spa while preserving the original architectural character — exposed brick, vaulted ceilings, and lush gardens create an atmosphere that feels like a countryside retreat despite being minutes from central Milan.
The spa draws its thermal waters from deep underground sources, rich in minerals that have been prized for their therapeutic properties for centuries.
