- Monte Stella (Montagnetta di San Siro): An artificial hill with trails and panoramic views of the city and Alps. The loop trail is ~2.5 km with elevation gain โ great for hill training or scenic walks. ~20 min walk.
- Parco Sempione: Milan's central park, reachable by metro (M5 to Lotto, then short walk). Beautiful 47-hectare park surrounding Castello Sforzesco.
Running tip: Early morning (7:00โ8:00) is the best time for running in Milan, especially in summer. The Ippodromo and Parco di Trenno are quiet and cool at that hour.
